To contribute you can make a payment via paypal or transfer funds to either my UK or Indonesian bank account.

If you intend to make a contribution please send me an email and let me know. Also please don't forget to put your name as a reference on your transfer so I can reconcile who has paid and who hasn't.

Note if you're transferring from abroad to my UK Natwest account you might need the SWIFT/BIC code and IBAN (especially if you live in Luxembourg). If you're transferring from abroad to my Indonesian Citibank account, you'll need the SWIFT code.

I don't mind which account you transfer to. I think it's better that you choose whichever option has the lowest transfer fee. Also you can ask your bank to waive the transfer fee. A few Australians have told me that their banks agreed to do this.
